Business Achievement Awards

What are Business Achievement Awards?

The Business Achievement Award (BAA) is a leadership program designed to complement academics while accelerating a student's leadership skills. The awards focus on the FBLA motto: Service, Education, and Progress. The individual recognition consists of a four-tier program aligned with FBLA Goals, NBEA Standards, and Career Clusters. There are four distinct award levels: Future, Business, Leader, and America. This individual program has an annual March 1 deadline. Individuals who complete the Future and Business levels receive pins and certificates of recognition. Individuals who complete the Leader and America levels are recognized at the National Leadership Conference and receive ribbons as well as certificates of recognition.

Why Should I Participate?

Many of the activities that you are required to complete encourage you to participate in community service activities, step up as a leader in your FBLA chapter, learn proper business etiquette, and more. These skills will not only benefit you as you make your way towards the work force, but also enrich your experience as an FBLA member. In addition, after the completion of an award level, you will receive a pin and certificate of recognition.

How do I Sign Up?

Be sure to attend the BAA Meeting during the school year!
